Lakewood Alignment & Brakes

These guys are great. Brought my Tundra in for an alignment after experiencing some strange tire wear and it is dialed in now. They were able to get me in on fairly short notice and rates are completely reasonable.

Recommended to me by Lightning Tire and did not disappoint. Brought in for an alignment and oil change and they found a messed up tie rod and control arm that the Subaru Repair shop who sold me the vehicle completely ignored. When I told Suba Repair about the shaking wheel they told me it was likely a warped rotor which is a far less risky issue. Thankfully the lovely folks here at Lakewood Alignment were far more honest! I will definitely be bringing my Subaru Outback here from now on. They called me before doing the repairs to tell me the cost as well which allowed me to plan ahead to budget. Really great service and I got my car back the next afternoon.

I went in to get my 2019 Miata aligned to my preferred alignment specs. My steering wheel was also off by a couple of degrees which is fine to most but I'm OCD about things like that. Worked with Albert on the appointment and within an hour and a half got a call it was done. took it for a longer drive home very happy with the service. Steering wheel is dead straight and every spec is close to what I want. Would reccomend.

Unfortunately i don’t do too many bad reviews on places i go unless its necessary or needs to be addressed! I brought my 1989 Cadillac Deville here to get serviced, my check engine light 💡 keeps coming on and off and my car shakes when i hit the gas after about 20 - 30mph like it’s sputtering or choking, also after about 16 days of it being there i had to call for a check up on the car they said it needed about 900$ worth of maintenance so i said okay as long as it is fixed properly! Took it on a test drive and it was doing the exact same thing as i brought it in for! Still shaking on acceleration and puttering so took it back and they said they were going to check it out again! When they just had it the vehicle for more than two weeks they were supposed to have already gone through everything! But apparently they overlooked my car! So after another inspection they found a few other things wrong with the car that was pretty serious but because of them not properly looking into it they said they were responsible for any additional fees or maintenance on anything they found after, which was fair but after almost a week and a half, all together just about 26 days they had my vehicle w

This is a non-incentivized review. I came in for a 4-wheel drive alignment, and overall, the alignment itself was done well. However, after paying for the service and getting back into my car, I discovered two large scratches on the window tint I had installed just a month ago. The front desk staff refunded me $120 (the cost of the alignment) for the damage but explained they wouldn’t cover any additional expenses to replace the tint. I contacted the tint shop I originally used, and they quoted $280 for removal and replacement of the damaged tint on the driver’s side window. It’s disappointing that the shop refused to cover the full cost of the damage they caused. If you’re looking for a business that takes responsibility for their mistakes, this may not be the place for you.
